Camper Van Hire

do you offer gift vouchers?

We do indeed offer gift vouchers for camper van hire. Please contact us via email or phone and we can arrange for these to be sent out.

what is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your camper up to 6 weeks prior to the hire, please read our terms & conditions.

am i restricted to a mileage cap?

No, all our campers come with unlimited mileage.

what do we need to bring?

Bedding (Sleeping Bags), Pillows, Towels, Food and Drink!

Can we leave our car with you?

Yes, we offer free onsite parking at our unit in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

How long will it take to collect the camper?

You should allow approx 45 minutes for us to go over the paperwork and give you a full demonstration of the camper van.

Can we come and have a look at the campers?

Absolutely! You just need to contact us to make an appointment.

what happens if we break or damage something?

Accidents can happen, we are all human! The cost of the repair or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit.

Do i need to pay a security deposit?

Yes, a security deposit of £750 is required prior to collection. This is returned in full within 7 days subject to our terms and conditions.

when do you take the payments?

All rentals require a £150 non-refundable booking deposit made at the time of booking online. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to collection, we will contact you to take this payment.

Can we collect and drop off the camper at different times?

Being a family business we will try and accommodate your request.

do the campers have dishwashers?

Yes! It's you!  :-)

what are the charges for additional drivers?

Your hire includes one designated driver, any additional drivers will be charged at £25 per driver.

can we take the camper abroad?

Yes, but we currently only allow Moira and Elly to travel abroad, there is an additional insurance charge of £100 per hire.
